SVI Quickshot II
A dear friend asked me to repair this joystick for him, unfortunately not his own childhood version, but one that was clearly previously owned by another enthusiastic gamer, because he or she managed to break one of the buttons
Work done:
- Replaced buttons with new tactile switches
- Rewired 2nd button for Amstrad use

On the inside, you can find two metal dome switches under the joystick buttons:
One of these had developed a crack which stopped the joystick from functioning properly:
Luckily I had two new tactile buttons in stock which nearly perfectly fit the inside, only a small modification to the buttons was necessary to allow for the raised area on top of the buttons:
